In one of the most costly, hard-fought custody battles in Connecticut family court history, cosmeceutical magnate Nicholas V. Perricone only started winning the moment he stopped fighting. The more Madeline Perricone exerted her own will through ferocious litigation tactics, the worse she appeared to Judge Lynda B. Munro, who awarded the husband sole legal custody. The judge's decision also noted that both parents "are wealthy beyond the normal person's ken and able to finance this litigation ad nauseum."
