Renowned criminal defense attorney J. Tony Serra is heading back to prison for failing to pay taxes. It's the third time Serra has been convicted for tax problems, and the 10-month sentence is the harshest he's faced so far. He received probation when he was convicted in 1986 -- and in 1974, he served four months in federal prison, but emerged as defiant as ever -- bragging that he was able to continue doing legal work while incarcerated, and recommending the experience to other defense attorneys.
