Ohio defense attorney Maridee Costanzo made a reputation for herself as one aggressive, tough-talking lawyer. But all that pales in comparison to her admission in federal court Thursday that she tried to hire a hit man to kill her estranged husband. When asked if she knew she had a right to a jury trial, Costanzo replied: "Been there. Done that. Understand thoroughly."
