After representing himself for years in a contract case that pitted him against famed litigator David Boies, Florida gardener Scott Lewis has delivered what could be a knockout punch. A judge has disqualified Boies' law firm from continuing to represent Lewis' foes -- one of whom is the chief financial officer of Boies' firm. Financial ties between the client and Boies, the judge ruled, have materially limited the firm's independent professional judgment. "Goliath is out for the count," Lewis said.
