The 9th Circuit decided Wednesday that the U.S. Supreme Court's recent rulings on federal sentencing guidelines apply to most, if not all, cases currently on appeal. Ameline marks the first time the circuit, the largest in the country, has addressed last month's landmark high court rulings.
