The plaintiffs bar plans legal challenges to a doctor-supported state amendment that caps their contingency fees in medical liability suits. And medical professionals have already filed suits to block two other amendments -- one would open confidential reports on doctor errors; the other would permanently revoke the licenses of doctors with a history of three malpractice incidents.
