Corporate Counsel presents its 2004 Innovative GCs -- a look at a handful of GCs who championed novel legal department programs. From a pool of 68 nominations, five GCs stood out for their groundbreaking and creative thinking. However, some of the nominations outlined impressive achievements that were more than a few years old. To honor those GCs, there are also five "Pathbreaker" awards.
