A disability discrimination suit has targeted an unlikely defendant -- a government-funded organization that advocates for disability rights. The complaint, filed in U.S. District Court for the Western District in Austin, Texas, against Advocacy Inc., alleges "threatening and harassing behavior" and an "utter failure" to make a serious effort to accommodate the plaintiff's psychiatric disabilities.
