In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent affirmative action rulings, experts predict that while litigation will continue over reverse discrimination claims, the bulk of the battle will move to arenas outside the courtroom. The anti-preference movement now looks toward a multifaceted attack in the courts, at the ballot box, through grassroots organizations and in legislative bodies.
