First came Victoria's Secret. Next up on the U.S. Supreme Court's trademark agenda: Barbie dolls. At its private conference on Jan. 24, the Supreme Court will consider whether to grant review in dozens of cases, including a trademark dispute between Mattel, which has manufactured and sold Barbie dolls since 1959, and MCA, which marketed a Danish rock group's song "Barbie Girl."
