It's no surprise that savvy prospective clients do their homework before hiring a law firm, and they often start with an Internet search. A Web site can be key in the client-acquisition chain of events. But many firms miss the important opportunity to impress potential clients by offering standard "brochure" Web sites. The better option: Use a "show" strategy -- let your site demonstrate your firm's experience and capabilities.
