Those madcap judges are back. Make that madcap ex-judges. For Law Day 2000, The National Law Journal offers its third annual compendium of literally injudicious behavior. Here are another 10 judges who were hearing cases last May 1 and won't be this May 1. They made racial wisecracks, distributed naughty pictures and switched price tags in a store. Then they paid the price by being stripped of their robes.
