Norton Rose has hired partner Li Jinnan for its banking practice in Beijing from King & Wood Mallesons. In 2009, Li led a King & Wood team in advising the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. on a $2.5 billion loan facility provided to the Republic of Angola for the funding of housing and infrastructure projects.
