GrayRobinson has been named the recipient of the Editor’s Choice award for its work on an assortment of cases including winning a federal dismissal for its client, SunTrust Bank, of a putative class action filed by victims of a Ponzi scheme organized by a German fraud suspect.

A highlight of the year was its successful representation of a general contractor seeking payment for artwork installed at the First District Court of Appeal, a construction project criticized for its cost overruns and nicknamed the Taj Mahal.
Greenberg Traurig is the Real Estate winner in part for its work on cases for Mosaic Fertilizer LLC on transfers of mined land and receiving summary judgment on a Sierra Club challenge to a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit for phosphate mining.
Jackson Lewis was chosen in the Labor and Employment category after winning discrimination cases for Ann Inc.’s Ann Taylor and two other corporate clients.
