PNC Financial Services Group Inc. has promoted ROBERT HOYT to the GC spot upon the retirement of HELEN PUDLIN.

MICHAEL DONALDSON was promoted to vice president, general counsel, and secretary of EOG Resources Inc., replacing FREDERICK PLAEGER II.

Penn State has a new top man to help with its legal challenges. STEPHEN DUNHAM replaces former Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice CYNTHIA BALDWIN, who took the job as a transitional move at the beginning of 2010.

MICHELLE SPREITZER succeeded MATTHEW ROY as vice president, GC, and corporate secretary at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC, following Roy's elevation to the post of VP of human resources and administration.
