FRANK BARRON, former chief legal officer at Morgan Stanley, has rejoined Cravath, Swaine & Moore as a partner in New York.

Barnes & Thornburg announced that BRUCE DOUGLAS, the former general counsel and corporate secretary of Enfinity America Corporation, joined the firm as of counsel in Atlanta.

MICHAEL KRIMMINGER, former GC of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, is now a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Cleary Gott­lieb Steen & Hamilton.

Former Transurban Holdings Limited GC STEPHEN BYRNE jumped to Freehills, becoming executive counsel in the Sydney office.

KIMBERLEY HARRIS rejoined Davis Polk & Wardwell as a partner in New York and D.C. following service as principal White House counsel.

Debevoise & Plimpton announced that ROBERT KAPLAN, formerly cochief of the asset management unit of the Securities and Exchange Commission, joined the firm as a partner in D.C.

JOHN SANDER, formerly VP and associate GC at Merck & Co. Inc., joined Jackson Lewis as a partner in New York.

DORI GILBERT, former VP of legal and business affairs at Waggener Edstron Worldwide Inc., is now a partner in the Portland, Oregon, office of K&L Gates.

NEIL WHITEMAN, former corporate counsel at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, is now of counsel in the Washington, D.C., office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher Also joining the firm's D.C. office as of counsel is STEVEN TAVE, former associate chief counsel for enforcement in the office of the chief counsel of the Food and Drug ­Administration.

Morrison & Foerster named THOMAS NOTO a partner in the Los Angeles office. He had been associate general counsel at Bank of America Corporation.

MICHAEL SWIT, former VP of The Weinberg Group Inc., joined Duane Morris as special counsel in San Diego.
