CFPB Quiet About Enforcement—But Maybe Not for Long

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has released its second semi-annual report to the president and Congress, but what's notable is what it doesn't say about its Office of Enforcement. Vague language aside, lawyers say they expect to see more enforcement actions soon from the CFPB, which brought its first enforcement actions in July.
