Samsung and its lawyers have been fighting hard to take the offensive in their smartphone patent litigation with Apple. Since Apple first claimed in April that Samsung had infringed its patents and "slavishly" copied its designs for the iPhone and iPad, Samsung has retaliated with suits or counterclaims. Now Samsung is going after Apple's lawyers.
