Jury Delivers Record-Setting $1.3 Billion Verdict to Oracle in Copyright Damages Battle with SAP

The award may be shy of the $1.65 to $3 billion Oracle lawyer David Boies pushed for in his closing argument, but it dwarfs--to put it mildly--the $40 million calculation SAP's lead lawyer urged the jury to adopt.
