The world’s largest consulting firm will soon have a new legal chief with solid international experience. Accenture has hired Cravath, Swaine & Moore‘s Julie Spellman Sweet as its new general counsel, starting March 22, the company announced late Tuesday.

She will replace Douglas Scrivner, who’s stepping down after serving as the company’s general counsel for 14 years. She’ll report to CEO William Green and will also be a member of the company’s executive leadership team.
