Australian firm DibbsBarker has added a new partner in its Sydney office.
 
Penny Murray joins DibbsBarker’s after 14 years at Minter Ellison, where she had been partner since 2008. She specializes in environmental and land-use issues, especially for clients in the energy and resources sector.
 
Last year, Murray was part of a Minter Ellison team that advised New South Wales government agency Road and Maritime Services on a $530 million highway construction and upgrade project. She also has previously acted for Sydney-based miner Xstrata Coal Investments Australia Pty. Ltd. and property developer Australand Corp. (NSW) Pty. Ltd.
 
DibbsBarker has 173 lawyers, including 46 partners, in their Sydney headquarters and Canberra and Brisbane offices.*
