has hired a new partner for its planning, environment and government practice in Melbourne.
Mark Bartley is joining the firm from
, where he was a partner and head of the firm’s national water group.
Bartley specializes in water-related infrastructure projects, as well as commercial, industrial, and residential developments. His clients typically include the government and its state departments, statutory authorities, local councils and private sector developers.
Bartley joined DLA Phillips Fox, which merged with its international alliance partner to become DLA Piper last year, in 2000. He was also previously an associate at
and the former Sly & Weigall.
