Norton Rose‘s Indonesian alliance firm Susandarini & Partners has hired a new banking and finance partner in Jakarta.

Tasdikiah Siregar is joining from Makarim & Taira S., where she was a partner and head of the aviation practice. Siregar specializes in aircraft leasing and financing deals. She also handles mergers and acquisitions, and debt financings in other sectors.

In 2010, she advised U.S.-based Sara Lee Corp. on the sale of its majority stake in its Indonesian body care unit to Anglo-Dutch consumer goods giant Unilever N.V.

Senior associate Haryo Baskoro will make the move to Susandarini from Makarim & Taira S. with Siregar.

Norton Rose entered into an association with Susandarini a year ago. Including Siregar and Baskoro, Susandarini & Partners will have 16 lawyers, including three partners.
