Chinese private equity specialist Han Kun Law Offices has expanded its dispute resolution practice with a new partner in Beijing.
Chen Xianglin was most recently of counsel with King & Wood Mallesons. Chen represents Chinese clients in international arbitration cases seated in Singapore, Hong Kong and in other locations and assists multinationals on commercial litigation before Chinese courts. He has represented clients on contract and business disputes in the real estate, construction and manufacturing sectors.
