O’Melveny & Myers Beijing office head and chief representative Lawrence Sussman is leaving his firm after 19 years to join Hogan Lovells.
Sussman advises on tax matters, transactions and regulations in China. Fluent in Mandarin, he has been based in Beijng since 1998 and a partner with O’Melveny since 2002. He practiced with Coudert Brothers before that.
