Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe has made its first partner hire in Hong Kong since losing a seven-partner team to Morgan, Lewis & Bockius earlier this year.
Former Davis Polk & Wardwell Hong Kong partner Mark Lehmkuhler has joined Orrick, making him the fourth partner in the firm’s Hong Kong office. Lehmkuhler specializes in private equity investments, leveraged buyouts and other cross-border mergers and acquisitions across Asia.
