Davis Polk & Wardwell and Korean firm Bae, Kim & Lee were named international and Asian firm of the year, respectively, at the fourth annual Asia Legal Awards, held on Feb. 22, 2017 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong. Hogan Lovells managing partner for Asia and the Middle East Patrick Sherrington was awarded international firm leader of the year while JunHe managing partner Xiao Wei won the same award for indigenous Asian firms. In addition, Linklaters, Korea’s Lee & Ko and Singapore’s WongPartnership were among the evening’s top winners for firm and individual awards.
