The four-lawyer office in Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City will be led by partner and Southeast Asia practice head Zunu Lee. Lee is joined by partner HyongKun Kim, who arrived from rival Korean firm Jipyong in August, having worked in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. The office, which officially opens in November, will also house two Vietnamese lawyers and an advisor.
The office will focus on advising Yoon & Yang’s Korean and foreign clients on matters in Vietnam and neighboring markets, including Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
