Goodwin Procter has added two partners to its Hong Kong office.
Christopher Yu was previously an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. He advises on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and Hong Kong capital markets transactions. He joined Cleary in 2011 from the Hong Kong office of Latham & Watkins. Earlier in his career, he worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hong Kong and London.
