Ashurst has announced a structured finance partner will join its Sydney office in July.

Jennifer Schlosser was previously a special counsel with King & Wood Mallesons. She represents Australian and international issuers and underwriters on securitizations and other structured finance transactions.

Schlosser joined the former Mallesons Stephen Jaques’ Sydney office in 2007 from Allen & Overy where she was an associate in London and Frankfurt between 2002 and 2006. Before that, she was an associate with Canadian firm Ogilvy Renault in Toronto.

Ashurst, which merged with Australian firm Blake Dawson in 2012, currently has 283 lawyers in Sydney. Globally, the London-based firm has over 1,800 lawyers in 16 offices.
