Hogan Lovells has hired a partner in Singapore.
Andy Ferris is joining the firm’s international debt capital markets practice from Allen & Overy, where he was a senior associate in the Singapore office for the past seven years. He will start at Hogan Lovells on March 3.
Last April, Ferris advised Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG, and Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte. as joint arrangers and dealers on Singaporean conglomerate Keppel Corp. Ltd.’s establishment of a $2 billion euro-denominated medium-term notes program.
With the addition of Ferris, Hogan Lovells will have 36 lawyers, including 10 partners, in Singapore. The firm has about 2,300 lawyers in 46 offices worldwide.
