Paul Hastings has been doing something right on the hiring front lately.
Energy partner Kevin Poloncarz is the third lateral partner to arrive at the firm’s San Francisco office since September — and the second from Bingham McCutchen. The air quality and climate change law practitioner had been at Bingham since 2007 and joined Paul Hastings this week. He follows in the footsteps of antitrust litigator Holly House, who had been a practice co-leader at Bingham until she moved to Paul Hastings last fall.
