Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Tuesday was hospitalized for treatment of a possible infection, according to a spokesperson for the U.S. Supreme Court.
The 87-year-old justice was admitted in the morning to the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. She was initially evaluated at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C., after experiencing fever and chills, according to the court.
