William Sorabella, a two-time American Lawyer Dealmaker of the Year, has left Kirkland & Ellis for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
Sorabella had been at Kirkland since 2003, and joined Gibson Dunn as a partner in New York on Tuesday.
