Joseph Andrew and Elliott Portnoy have been re-elected to three-year terms as Dentons’ chairman and chief executive respectively after the duo ran unopposed for the positions.
The pair has led the firm since 2013, overseeing expansive international growth through a stream of mergers with smaller firms. Dentons now consists of 9,600 lawyers operating in 78 countries.
